media player and flv. GSPOT analysis

I can generally play flv files in media player because I have
installed the relevant codecs.

But on one file it will not play.

I ran this file through GSPOT and got the following information:

File Type: Flashvideo FLV
MIME: Video /x-flv

Compatibility warning: Unknown flash FLV format.

Can anyone help?
