particular YouTube download not working

I am trying to download this particular video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uh1k8IcdlSY

It seems most or all of the network sniffers have a problem with this type of video command or connection.

Can you fix it?

Unfortunately, I cannot access Youtube from my country. It is heard that Youtube use RTMPE. MediaBox does some special optimization to RTMPE. But I don't know what's the real video technology it uses.
