Can't install mediabox

Hi, so i downloaded mediabox, but i can't install it, i clicked the .exe but nothing happened.

Even if i right click run as administrator, the installer just don't start!

any help please? this was my favorite url sniffer before on my old laptop

the new one has windows 7 enterprise
