SWAN + QSM

Hi, 

We use GE scanners and are currently running SWAN sequence twice in each patient, one for original SWAN, and the other for QSM (with relevant CV changes). These two are basically the same sequences but use different recon. Radiologists need SWAN images and researchers need QSM data, so double the imaging time. Is there any way to combine these two into one; i.e., save QSM data while generating original SWAN images at the same time?
