Dear professor,

I have some questions about using the medi toolbox you provided for multi-echo QSM generation. In the final QSM diagram I have processed, there are always some extra parts. I guess this could be due to a problem with some part of the mask, or a duplication beyond the FOV you set. I attach my echo-1 image and parameters at the end of the article, as well as the final QSM processing results. I'm a complete newcomer for QSM processing. So could you please help checking whether it is the above question, and look forward to your reply!
