Dear All,
May I know is it necessary to use DICOM data as input for MEDI? Can I use Matlab data instead? I am recently having some trouble in processing QSM with my Matlab data. Can anybody help? I can provide my data upon request. Much appreciated.
Best regards,
Joseph

Hi Joseph,
That's in fact quite easy to implement - if you have the complex data in a matrix form, you can call the functions in the package in MATLAB scripts to process your data, but the down side is that you couldn't use the GUI provided for the processing.
