Toxic plant

[Peace Ossom]

Hi, there is a huge toxic plant (thornapple) with a ton of spiky seed pods in plot 2, which is right next to mine. I IDed it with my plant app. I googled it, and it says it is even toxic to the touch. This was from online info; so, idk if it is correct.

I thought I would write here to see what the next step is because I didn't want to touch another plot without notice, but I have little ones who come with me often. I also don't want it to spread seeds everywhere. 

I do have horticultural vinegar and can douse it, if that is helpful.

Which plot is plot 2?  Is that the new beds or the old beds, and in the row near the playground to near the road?

This is in plot #2 of the city hall community garden.  The plot is adjacent to the big tree by the side of the road / corner.  

We wondered if it was okra! Thanks Peace for the ID.
