Así se estudiaron a 103.312 individuos adultos (79 % mujeres, 42,7 edad media al inicio) de la cohorte francesa del NutriNet-Santé (entre 2009-21). A los que les realizaron registros dietéticos diarios evaluando los horarios y la frecuencia de las comidas, promediando los dos primeros años de seguimiento.
