Description
MedExACT is a BioNLP shared task at ACL 2026 focusing on medical explanation extraction and attribution from clinical and biomedical text.
The task aims to advance methods for identifying, structuring, and grounding medically relevant explanations (e.g., evidence, rationale, causal statements) in real-world medical narratives.
Teams from academia and industry are welcome. Participation is free, and multiple submissions per team are allowed according to the task rules.
Please register one representative per team. This form helps us communicate updates, share data access instructions, and organize the leaderboard.
