Dear Scott, Himalaya, and Shen,

I have not heard anything from the IT infrastructure group regarding the several service requests (Edison 3TB upgrade, Watson retirement by Gilbert 12TB disk array introduction). I also haven't received any report on the machine inventory planning document, and the good practice guide.

Would you please update me what's happening? Gabriel also tried to request meetings but it seems no one is reachable.
