OpenVPN outage update

Himalaya,

I tried openVPN again 20 min ago. It shows “Progress connecting” just as yesterday. This time I chose to wait. After 8-10min, I did eventually get it through. The second time I was not lucky. Still waiting after 10min. It seems something is still seriously wrong… I suspect this is related to the DNS server outage yesterday.

I need to access the business directory this weekend. Can you put a high priority to this? thanks,
