VPN Problem

I am Bin Li. I was an summer intern of Medeolinx last year. I am going to continue to work for Medeolinx from now on. I have a problem to access the company’s computer through VPN, because I cannot remember my login password. Could you please help me figure out this problem? Thank you so much.
