If the answer to either of these is yes, I suggest that we
clone one of them and create a new VM. On that VM, we uninstall IIS and
other tools/services not needed and install the tools Ragini has
requested. This approach would save a fair amount of time on the IT side
of the equation.
If the answer to both of these questions are no, I
suggest we pick one and recommission it for its new purpose.
