Hey bearssss!
Long email but important match day info.
Match day is in a week and a day and I'm finally done with the powerpoints. I am texting those whose song doesn't work or slide didn't show up. If you didn't submit a slide don't worry I made one for you and chose some of my favorite songs as yours. Don't worry I have impeccable taste in music so it'll be a surprise for you :)
Match day will begin at 11 in the auditorium in Hoskins and we will start the presentation hopefully at 11:30 so don't be late!
The order in which we get envelopes will be randomized so no one will know when they are suppose to go. We have koozies made for all the students in the class which you will receive when you come that day. We also have a snapchat filter made by our very own heather duke that combines match day and St. Patrick's day (the hours which it will be available will be sent in an email next week). I'm getting decorations this weekend which hopefully will include a little leprechaun photo booth for you to take pics with when you get the envelope. Remember the theme is St. Patrick's Day but you can literally wear anything in green!
We do not have any plans post-match due to St. Patrick's day but Jason and I are working on activities to do the week prior and will plan an event after graduation. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to call or email. I am loading the match day PowerPoint onto the actual projector this week to make sure everything will run smoothly that day.
Thank you for your patience and getting me your slides on time! It's cut down the time it's taken to edit all of them a great deal.
