Hello all!
This is lengthy but important so please pay attention to the due by date.
So match day is fastly approaching and it's time to start our festivities preparation. For those who have not ever attended prior ceremonies let me break it down for you!
11:00 Brunch (probs light snacks) provided by mercer and a slide show of our four years together will be hopefully playing done by yours truly
12:00 match envelops start being given out in a random order
Once everyone has an envelope we open them together and then go up to the front by specialty and state where we are going
At the 12:00 point when match begins everyone is called up by the slide you will send to me NO LATER THAN MARCH 1st (I need time to coordinate all the slides and make changes so this is a set deadline). On this slide which you may decorate however you want but should include your name and photos of your choosing. Remember to try to make the pictures big enough to see on the screens! You may also choose a song file that plays with the slide which I am still trying to figure out how we are suppose to attach these and will get back to you this week on how to load your song.
If you do not have a slide turned into me in time, the slide will simply be blank with your name. . . so if you don't want to do it get your mom or significant other to make it for you :)
Also I believe those that have already matched will still be included in this so please make a slide as well!

Hey guys!
Sorry for the delay on the PowerPoint audio but apparently as long as you have the song on iTunes or save it to your computer somehow you just go to insert and select the audio feature then you can select (audio on my PC) or the (record audio) option to record it from another source.
Remember to have your slide emailed to me by March 1st so I can organize and trouble shoot any issues. It should not take longer than 5-10 minutes to put pictures, your name and audio on a slide :) if it does then you're doing it wrong!
