Hey all!
Everyone get your boogie shoes on because it’s finally time for the most fun event of the year—DOCTOR PROM!!!!!
This year is going to be extra fun because we’re going to open up ticket sales to the Macon campus as well! Before we send them details on the event, we just wanted to see if anyone was willing to host people from Macon at their house for the night/weekend. If you are willing to do so please fill out the google doc attached!
Now without further ado...
THE DETAILS:
- When:
- February 24th, 2017 from 7-11PM
- Where:
- The Morris Center, 10 East Broad St
- Cost + Perks:
- Tickets are $40 per person.
- There will be an open bar, a DJ, and a photobooth!
- Dress:
- Black Tie Optional
- To Purchase Tickets:
- Tickets must by purchased by February 1st!
- Venmo Jim Loughridge @Jim-Loughridge, with the memo line Dr. Prom & [your name].
- If you cannot use Venmo, then checks can be made out to MUSM Class of 2019, and again use the memo mentioned above.
- For those paying by check, an envelope will be left in the hospital lounge and student lounge and will be checked daily.
- Once you purchase tickets your name will go on the list that will be checked at the door. To bypass the check-in line at the door, you can pick up physical tickets prior to the date of the event from Kate Elmore & Sam Adams. Our phone numbers are 770-655-5241 (Kate) & 706-974-9561 (Sam).
We will be sending out a few reminder emails over the next month, so we apologize in advance for being obnoxious.
