Answer :- | Eat a healthy diet , so that proper ratio of good fat(HDL) and bad fat(LDL) is maintained. Typically ratio of total fat is to good fat should be 5:1. Do exercise (brisk walking, jogging, etc.) every alternate day. Eat fruits and vegetables which are rich in Antioxidant.Eat protien rich diet. These will prevent oxidation of LDL. |
