Minimum Viable Product

Is there a sub-group working on what our minimum viable product is?

I understand that we're trying to capture patient records.  What does that encompass?  Can we break it down into features or steps?

I've noted that SMS (Frontline and otherwise) has come up a couple of times in our email threads.

I'd like to create  matrix or chart or something so I can see what fits into what buckets.  It will help us get a clearer picture of scenarios and options.
