If the race is after Nationals it will not count as part of the winter season. It could certainly be considered for the first race of the summer season, however we'd have to vote on this later.

Hi everyone,After consulting with Courtney, she said that in the past there have usually been 5-6 races with any 3 counting for points per person. I am proposing the same pattern this winter but with four instead of three counting for points to account for the greater number of races offered. This would mean that athletes could compete in any of the eight winter races and their best four will count for points. This should give everyone some flexibility in choosing which races to attend.I am asking you all to vote on this, with the voting period closing on Saturday 11/5 at midnight. Thank you all for your cooperation, I realize the winter race selection and point assignment process was a bit unclear. As always, if you have any questions feel free to email me.Lucas
