ENGINEER / MANAGER (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/CIVIL)
(FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Plan and supervise a team of technical staff to carry out maintenance,
major repair and overhaul of equipment and facilities to meet the
required standard of safety, reliability and availability
Plan maintenance activities of all plants and machinery according to
the technical specifications
Provide technical guidance
Access and review time, labour and cost saving measure to improve
productivity and quality
Establish and monitor work process to obtain quality work and cost
efficiency
To assist Senior Engineer in the day to day operations within the
department concerned
Perform duties as assigned by General Manager/Senior Engineer
REQUIREMENTS :
External candidates :

Possess a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil
Engineering
Below 35 years of age
Experience in related field would be an added advantage
Internal candidates :

Possess a degree in related fields or
Possess a diploma in related fields with at least 5 years experience
in job grade J04AG05; or
Possess a diploma in related fields with at least 7 years experience
in job grade J04G06
Additional requirements :

Good written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and
English with an ability to interact with all levels within the Company
Sound knowledge in related standard operating procedures and process
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Computer literate
Meticulous and able to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
Willing to be transferred
Willing to work extra hours
