A shared room for rent, it is located in Putra Villa Condominium 3rd floor. The housemates are our +1 sem senior (mechanical).

The things inside the house there are TV, 3 seater sofa, Unifi,  refrigerator, iron & board. kitchen without gas(pending),  & not working air conditioner.

The things outside the house are 1 designated covered parking & more free uncovered parkings. security guards, Laundry service.

Available lazy people delivery are McD, nandos, papa john, dominos, etc....

the house rent are 1.7k/month, the vacant shared room cost 600/m, therefore sharing of 300/month rent. the room is connected directly to the toilet but it is not the master bedroom.

Electricity bill around 40/m and water bill around 90/m <- leaking and repaired, so should be lower , Shared by 5 so you do the math
