PUBLIC NOTICE RoboTryst-2017 24th -2th7 Feb at Tryst 2017 Applications are Invited for 1 day technical workshop during Tryst 2017 at IIT Delhi Tryst 2017 annual Technical festival of IIT Delhi is organising 1 day Technical Workshop in association with 2017 from 24th feb 27 feb 2017 at IIT Delhi campus. Applications are invited from indian candiadtes to attend these workshop. Workshop/Traning Programs for College/University Student:

Eligibility Criteria: College Level Workshops: B.Tech, B.E., B.C.A, B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc, M.C.A Certification : All Participants will be awarded with Certificate of Participation from Tryst IIT Delhi School Level Workshops : Class 6th and above.(C.B.S.E., I.C.S.E & State Boards) Note: Each Participant must have a valid school/college i.d. card for seeking entry into the venue, defaulters will be denied entry into the venue. Prerequisites: Student is required to have basics of computer programming and/or basics of Electronics and/or Electronics Engineering(if applicable). Selection Creiteria : Candidate will be selected on the basis of internal selection process based on DATA provided at the time of registartion. Seats will be filled at all india level Registration Fee: Online Registartions are free. only selected participants would be given oppertunity to attent these workshop at IIT Delhi. Selcted partifipants are required to pay workshop fee as per the following schedule. A selection letter will be sent after selction. Training Kits: Free Kits would be provided to all the participants enrolled in the Hardware Based Workshops(or if applicable). CDs and Booklets would be provided to all the participants(if applicable). Workshop Fee: Hardware Based Workshop: INR 2490/- * Software Based Workshop: INR 1990/- * Team Criteria: Individual Candidates as well as Teams can apply for the Workshops. Selection of Candidates will be made on the basis of internal criteria as well as on seat availibility. It is not necessary for the entire team to get selected for Workshop. Accomodation Facility: Accomodation facility is available both inside and outside IIT-Delhi on First-come-first-serve basis. Fooding and lodging will be charged extra. Terms & Conditions: 1) Only those candidates who have paid their registration fee for workshop or who had received a valid confirmation mail to join the workshop are only allowed to attend the workshop. Parents/Relatives/Friends and others will not be allowed to sit inside/outside the workshop venue or inside IIT Delhi. At the time of workshops students must have their payment proof/gate Pass of the workshop, with college ID. 2) Duration of the Workshops is 10 Hours (divided into 3 sessions of 3 hours each) 3) We are only charging for the 1 day Workshop, kits provided are complementary. 4) If we find any candidate misbehaving or showing misconduct with any member of organizing team, his candidature will be cancelled immediately and he has to leave IIT Delhi campus Immediately. 5) If In Any Case Workshop is cancelled by Organizers due to any reason, we will refund the Workshop fee after deducting Bank Changes i.e. (INR250/-) per participant fee. 6) AC Power Socket are very limited & hence Power Extension Cord/Cable will help you to get your Own 220VAC Charging Point for your Laptop. 220vAC will be given as per the availability and resources provided by Tryst-2017 IIT Delhi. Participants registered for Ethical Hacking Workshop ( SLOT-1 and SLOT-2) and Cloud ComputingWorkshop haveto manage their own Internet Connectivity during Workshop.
