regarding the final list of MECHROCOSM 2k11 grp

this is to inform all of u dat following decisions were taken in
group meeting held at 9pm in SAC ...
1. all the event co- ordinators will be selected solely on d basis of
prize and level of participation they had in the event for which
dey had applied ....( dis applies to girls also ...)

2. in case two persn having same prize in a event bt in different
years ( e.g. 1 persn had 1st prize in 3rd yr and odr 1 had 1st in 2nd
yr) , prefernce wud be given to persn who had won prize in 3rd yr ...

3.der can be max of 4+1 ( boys + girls) coordinators in a team of an
event ...(excluding girls )..[ girls will be decided purely on d basis
of level of participation dey had in d event]...triathalon will hav 6
cordinators ..

4. der will be only 2 branch co-ordinators ..1 frm mech n 1 frm
pie ....this is wat we are intimated by d TEAM AVISHKAR 2k11....


these decisions are taken by d grp nt by a single person ......and
moreover , dese decisions are irrevokable and further suggestions will
nt be entertained nw on.. if someone had any suggestion regarding all
dis or had some pblm with dese decisions... he shud hav been
physically present in meeting held at sac ...since only 20 ppl had
turned up for the meeting while messg was given to all ......
