Greetings from Student Alumni Relations Cell (SARC),

The Institute YearBook 2015 aims at preserving the Memories of the 4th year Students (B.Tech and DDs) and 2nd year PG Students (M.Tech+M.Sc).

Contents of YearBook for a Registered Student:

a) His/her Profile: It will consist of a Profile Picture, Basic Details about Him/Her & Testimonials written for Him/Her by His/Her Friends.

b) Picture Collage section: All the pictures sent to sarc....@gmail.com with personal details in the description. There will be a Big collage section for almost all the pictures which we will receive. Photos have to sent only by the registered candidates.

c) Profiles of All of your Batchmates compiled in ONE YearBook.
**Separate YearBook for UGs and PGs

The recent developments in the process of YearBook are listed as follows:

1) After seeing the exact number of students registered, the FINAL cost of yearbook set by the vendor is- Rs. 800/- per Yearbook which will be deducted from the respective Mess Accounts of Registered Students.

2) Every IIT-B student is a part of Institute YearBook'15: Fill the following form to get the Login ID and Details for the Respective UG/PG portal of Registered candidates.

Note: Any entry in the above form will be considered as a dummy registration on the YearBook's Portal and the respective profiles will not be printed, However, the testimonials written for their Fellow Seniors/batch mates will be printed.

A brief description of the Process is as follows:

This is new way using which even your friends who have not registered, say Sophies or Thirdies or even students who have de-registered for the yearbook and are still interested to write for their friends can do so.
Also, any UG Student, even the 4th year UG Student can comment on PG student's portal and vice versa.

Basically, any current IIT student is eligible to write testimonials for the 4th Year UG students and 2nd year PG students!

3) All the registered Students who have not yet received their Login IDs and Passwords can follow the Password retrieval portal's Link:
