Dear all,

Herewith i have attached the graduation day registration forms and the graduation day guidelines for your reference. Please Take a print out of attached forms (Graduation day Registration form and Alumni Membership form- each 1 copy)

fill it and hand over the hard copy to the registration desk when you are coming for the graduation day ceremony. 

Registration will be done only on the submission of the hard copy of filled in forms.

Read the guidelines attached herewith.
