As per the discussion and previous emails, Asahi India Glass Ltd. Chennai is confirmed the Pool campus Drive for 2018 Batch on Dec 6th, 2017 (Wednesday) at Sri Shakthi Campus.

We have 5 major plants at the below mentioned locations:

We are exploring the opportunity for Campus Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (and related streams like Instrumentation, Electronics etc) only for male candidates.
We shall be taking them as GETs.
- They will be on an operational training for 6 months for which a certificate will be provided. The students will be paid their salary during the period of training as well.
- After evaluating their performance for 6 months, they will be allocated to various departments depending on the vacancy and their interest.
- The Salary package offered for GET’s will be 3 LPA .
- The Joining will be from 8th January, 2018 .
- The students are also required to give a bank guarantee of 1.5 Lakhs for a period of 2 years (FD in the name of candidate/guardian) according to which if the candidate chooses to leave the company before a period of 2 years then the amount shall get transferred to the company. Otherwise the bond stands nullified upon completion of the said time period.
