This is to inform that M/s. Hinduja Global Solutions, Bangalore wants to recruit engineering graduates of 2012, 2013 and 2014 batches from our college. The details are given below.

 

1. Batches                                : 2012, 2013 & 2014

 

2. Eligible Branches                   : All BE / B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc – CT / IT & B.Sc – CT / IT /SE

                                                           

            3. Eligibility                               : 50% and above in 10^th & 12^th, 5.0 CGPA and above in UG & PG –

                                                              with no standing arrears.

                                                                                                           

            4. Date, Time & Venue               : Will be informed later.

 

5. Job description for Semi-non voice process (domestic):

      i. Skills required                   : Good Communication in English( Verbal & Non-verbal),typing skills:

  15WPM and 80% accuracy, Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have

  basic Understanding about the Industry.

                 ii. Job role                           : Customer Support

    iii. Designation                      : Customer Relationship officer

    iv. Responsibilities                : Resolving the issues over mails

     v. Job location                     : M/s. Hinduja Global Solutions, Bangalore.

    vi. Salary                              : Rs.1,44,000/- to Rs.1,80,000/- Per Annum

   vii. Shifts                               : First Thirty seven (working) days training happens only in the Night shift

  and post to that the employees will move on to the Rotational Shifts.

 

6. Job description for Tech support Voice/Non-voice (International-US):

   i. Skills required                  : Excellent Communication in English (Verbal & Non-verbal),typing skills:

                                               15WPM and80% accuracy, Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have

  basic Understanding about the Industry.

                  ii. Job role                          : Customer Support

     iii. Designation                     : Customer Relationship officer Tech-support Voice/Non-voice process    

     iv. Job location                    : M/s. Hinduja Global Solutions, Bangalore.

      v. Salary                             : Rs.1,75,000/- Per Annum + Incentives

    vi. Shifts                               : Night shifts only (US)

 

·         Cab facilities will be provided for the International Process only.

·         Here the candidates will be selected and they have to undergo a training for 15 days on their accent improvement in HGS for which they will not be paid and no transportation facilities will be provided. Post to the final selection by the client the trainees will be on-boarded for operation (their job will start with a product training) on the floor.

 

Placement Coordinators are requested to inform the candidates about the above requirements and send to us the interested candidates list (in the attached excel format) to placement cell on or before 12.05.2014 (by 10.00 am).
