Job Profile: The candidate will be deployed as Software Engineer in the
Applications Team.

Target Batch: 2014 B.E./ B. Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/
Electronics and Communication)

Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai,

Desired Profile:

 *   Minimum 60% marks in graduation
 *   The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
 *   The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of MphasiS
operating locations
 *   The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work
timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there
afterwards

Profile/Designation:

 *   First 6 months- Trainee 'Level-1'
 *   Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer 'Level-2'

CTC Details:

 *   The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/-.
They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting
deployed earlier to projects.
 *   The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/-

Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full
will be recovered from the employee.

Date of Interview: 21st January, 2014

Recruitment Process: AMCAT Assessment followed by face to face Interview
