Hello Thiru,

We get that it’s time consuming and difficult to revise a resume for each job application - especially if you are applying to a few jobs each week.
Top 5 tips for customizing your resume for a specific job:
1.
Analyze the Job Description:
Identify keywords and phrases that are frequently mentioned in the job description.
Understand the qualifications, required experience, and specific duties listed
2.
Highlight Relevant Experience:
Align your previous job responsibilities and accomplishments with the requirements of the job you're applying for.
Incorporate the identified keywords from the job description into your resume, especially in the skills, experience, and summary sections.
3.
Craft a Strong Summary or Objective:
Write a summary that highlights your most relevant skills and experiences for the job.
If using an objective statement, make it specific to the job and demonstrate how you can contribute to the company's goals.
4.
Showcase Achievements:
Quantify your achievements when possible (e.g., "Increased sales by 20%").
Focus on accomplishments that directly relate to the job you're applying for.
5.
Proofread and Edit:
Carefully proofread your resume for typos, grammatical errors, and inconsistencies.
Consider having a friend or professional review your resume to catch any mistakes you may have missed.
