Wonderware Project Engineer
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
· Computer literate with experience in PC-based word-processing, spreadsheet and database programs
· Good command over spoken and written English
· Sufficient hands-on experience on ALL Wonderware products, as follows:
o ArchestrA System Platform including Wonderware Application Server (AS)- IO (Galaxy), Wonderware Historian Server, Information Server and Device Integration Server.
o Wonderware Clients: InTouch for ArchestrA System Platform, Information Server Clients and Wonderware Historian Clients (previously Known as ActiveFactory).
o Standalone InTouch HMI.
o Historian Server (InSQL Knowledge is a must).
· Detailed knowledge of control and safety system applications and integration for the oil and gas, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries; site experience is a must
· Experience of control system design and commercial management throughout the project life cycle from initial design concepts to installation and subsequent client support
· Software design experience with PLC and HMI based platforms
· Experience of third party systems integration
· Knowledge of communications protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, DeviceNet, ControlNet or Genius)
· Hardware design experience relating to control system equipment (panels, control desks and control rooms) and integration of other manufacturers equipment
· Hardware area design and specification/selection of fire and gas equipment
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide engineering expertise and implement appropriate engineering solutions based on approved specifications
· Liaise with clients and suppliers with regard to project requirements
· Perform work in compliance with the company’s QA standards and procedures
· Ensure that all related engineering work to your assigned job are in line with all relevant standards and good engineering practice
· Continuously measure and monitor work practices to define strategies for process improvement
· Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor resources for project activities as divested by the Project Manager or Line Manager
· Provide verbal and written reports to communicate project status as required and contribute to project review meetings
· Control and monitor major sub-contracts within the project scope
Proposals Engineer
Qualifications and Skills:
· A degree/ diploma holder in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
· At least 2 to 5 years experience in Estimation & Design of Security, Telecommunication and ELV systems for Industrial, Utility and Energy sector projects.
· Have a strong communication skills, verbal and written
· Knowledge of MS office package
· Minimum 3 years experience in tender and contracts for project management, process control and safety systems industry (PLC, DCS, ESD, F&G, SCADA)
· Proficient with MS Projects
· Has in-depth knowledge of electrical equipments, financial aspects and technical and commercial risk
· Experienced in developing new suppliers and engaging in commercial negotiations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Evaluate client enquiries, specification, drawing and commercial terms.
· Contribute to bid/no bid decision.
· Formulate technical and commercial response with assistance and guidance from other departments as required.
· Generate bill of materials and project costing estimates using departmental standards and procedures.
· Prepare and participate in the review of and submit Technical and Commercial responses to the highest standards of accuracy, presentation, and punctuality and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
· Prepare and participate in the review of and in the submission of technical and commercial clarifications and revised bid documents as required through the tendering process.
· Attend client, supplier and third party meeting on and offsite as necessary.
· Work closely with Projects Department to hand over contracts won by the company.
· Follow up after tender submission involving tender correspondence and coordination with clients.
· Conduct site surveys to put together the reports.
AutoCADD Draftsman (2 positions)
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
· At least 3 years experience in the relevant field
· Must be highly skilled in the use of AutoCADD package.
· Must have knowledge of International Standards, Codes and Symbols used in engineering drawings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare the detailed GA diagrams in AutoCADD.
· Prepare fabrication drawings.
· Prepare Instrument loop diagrams.
· Prepare the detailed Bill of Materials.
· Update As-built drawings.
· Follow and ensure all the STME and project quality procedures are met.
· To follow all HSE Procedures and work in line with the requirements
Project HSE Engineer
Qualifications and Skills:
· Degree in Engineering is a must.
· Diploma or certificate course in Industrial Safety
· Conversant with Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001).
· At least 3 years experience in offshore (oil and gas).
· 2-3 years of HSE related work (Onshore and Offshore).
· Very good interpersonal skills in order to communicate with internal and external personnel.
· Sound knowledge of International Standards.
· Must be familiar with PTW (Permit to Work) System.
· Must be familiar with the Welding and other Hot works that are carried out during construction.
· Must be capable of conducting Tool-Box Trainings and awareness of the scaffolding requirements and inspection procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Liaise with client’s HSE in-charge on a day to day basis.
· Implement HSE Plans and be responsible for maintaining compliance with the client’s HSE Plans, Procedures and Standards.
· Conduct Safety Meetings, Safety Inspections, Safety Tours and Safety Audits.
· Conduct Tool Box talk on a daily basis.
· Prepare Incidents and Accidents Reports.
· Supervise the preparation from HSE point of view prior to and during the construction activity.
· Assist in the production and revision of standard operating procedures, operational instructions and HSE plans.
· As directed by the Site Manager and QHSE Manager, act as Facilitator/Team Member for Incident Investigations.
· Act as focal point and maintain incident investigation and corrective action database.
· Monitor hazardous operation and take necessary safety precautions as and when required.
· Prepare and document all risk assessment at site and office.
· Issue and control all work permits and maintain log of permit to work system.
· Record file and update all employees training records.
· Ensure that all personnel arriving onboard had been given safety briefing relevant to the rig/facility safety equipments and emergency response actions and record keeping of those actions.
· Conduct activity specific safety induction to employees on board.
Instrumentation Design Engineer (INTools)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· At least 2 - 3 years experience in Instrumentation and Control.
· Hands-on experience in SPI INTools software.
· Knowledgeable in a wide range of process control and instrumentation systems like field instruments, VFD, PLC and SCADA systems.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
· Good command over spoken and written English
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design, engineering, installation and commissioning of field instruments and control systems
· Development of various instrumentation deliverables like instrument list, layout drawings, cable schedules, hook-ups drawing, loop diagrams, instrument I/O list, Interlock/logic drawings, etc.
· Programming of PLC using ladder diagrams, functional block diagrams and structured text language.
· SCADA screens development, on site troubleshooting, start-up/commissioning assistance.
Planning Engineer
Qualifications and Skills:
· Engineering Degree and/ Certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 years industry experience in planning.
· Excellent working knowledge of Planning principles and techniques and Primavera P6 enterprise.
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English Language.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparation, submission and updating of the project master program.
· Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for each project.
· Initiation / responding to all planning/time-related correspondence as requested by the Project Managers.
· Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedure diagrams, and reporting.
· Monitoring progress throughout the work process.
· Making adjustments to project plans as necessary.
· Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
· Follow up and integration of subcontractor's programs.
· Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labor of all trades.
· Preparation of deployment of schedules of manpower and equipment.
