Experience - > 3 – 8 years

 

Education

1.       University level  in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

2.       Including courses in:

A.      Control systems 

B.      System Identification

C.       Dynamics

D.      Transducers/Sensors

E.       Signal processing

 

Experience in the design of control systems or components of control systems. e.g: 

·         ABS in automotive, 

·         Active suspension,

·         Adaptive cruise control

·         Aviation industry

·         CD players

·         Electron microscopes

·         Design of actively controlled systems

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Find the optimum design solution for the REMA-D module

·         Technical lead for designers from different disciplines. 

·         Communicate and negotiate with system architects outside the REMA-D project.

·         Translate system requirements into REMA-D  requirements 

·         Oversee the module testing

·         Support the module testing on system level

·         Write the REMA-D  EPS (Module Performance Specification)

·         Write the REMA-D  EDS (Module Design Specification)

·         Decide on trade-off issues between mechanics, electronics and software

·         Assign and accept task to engineers for mechanical and thermal modeling

·         Write the Rema-D test specification (TPS) for design qualification.

·         Approve the Rema-D  test  acceptance report (TAR)

·         Write the REMA-D production test spec.

·         Write the component EPS for Mechanics, Electronics and Software

·         Controller design and tuning

·         Integration activities

·         Support suppliers, ASML Factory, Customer Support

·         Arrange knowledge transfer
