Please have a look-ORPHANAGE visit

Hi friends,

As Madhu suggested i called to the above mentioned orphanages and their needs are listed down...

1. Arumbugal aalayam, Chromepet:

• Total strength : 52 Children(5-16 age groups).
  
• They are asking us to visit their orphanage and then we have to decide what how we can help.
  
• They don't need class for the students because already our MIT students are doing that.

2. Bala Ashramam, Hasthinapuram:

• Total strength : 51 (20 Children + 22 Mentally retarded + 9)
  
• They need cot because during winter season people are getting suffered and then ceiling fans.
  
• During exam time the children needs coaching for their test preparation.
  

3. Adheeswarar ashram, Mudichur:

• Total strength :40 (30-Children).
  
• They are also suggesting us to visit their orphanage. 
  
• If we get down in mudichur they will come and pick up us. if possible they are asking to visit tomorrow.
  

Everyone want to visit their home...

We can use Madhumitha account for savings. 

so friends your suggestions are welcome.....

Hi friends,

I have some suggestions regarding orphanage visit.

1. Visiting some orphanages and collecting information regarding their requirements (initiatives already been taken).

2. Finalizing which orphanage to serve for.

3. Fixing a tentative date for visit (probably in december month)

4. Collecting contribution from each one of us (must be done within 3rd week of november)

     i. fund can be collected by an individual in person (if possible)  (or)

    ii,  creating a bank account now will be time consuming. so this can be done a little later (soon after the first orphanage visit). So, for those who cant contribute in person, they can credit their contribution in one of our already existing bank accounts. 

PROPER DETAILS WILL BE UPDATED FOR THE AMOUNT COLLECTED AND SPENT.

5. Based on the amount collected, deciding on what can be done to the orphanage from our side and finalizing it.

6.  Visiting orphanage on a sunday in the month of december, when maximum possible numbers of our classmates can come.
