SIRUMALARGAL HOME VISIT

My dear friends, I hope all are doing good and busy with your daily
works; I am drafting this mail to inform you about our service
activities as per earlier conversations of orphanage home visit. As we
have discussed in the year of JAN during our convocation, I have
explained to you regarding orphanage home visit and M.E Mechatronics
social project. I hope you all had this message, our long reminders
and test mails already we have carried out. Now we are in the position
to execute orphanage home visit as we have discussed earlier. As we
are earning, it may not be burden on us to contribute 200 per month.
So finally we will get two thousand four hundred in our each hand at
end of the year from that we would like to use some amount for
orphanage home. But right now we don’t have any plan to spend for
social project, I have planned to contribute whole amount for progress
of orphanage
For that we have searched for some orphanage home finally selected
“SIRUMALARGAL HOME” NEAR CHENGALPET.
I have visited that home totally there are 60 students.

I met the home chairman and discussed their requirements and our
contributions that we can provide.

1. Provide food any one special day (get to gather) (as usual).
2. Provide stationary items for students (as usual).
3. Promote two students for higher education (practically difficult).
4. Food accessories materials for one week or one month.
5. Install drinking water purifier (required one).
From the above five activities we have chosen to install drinking
water purifier compare to others because once if it is installed they
can use it for long time. Since our conclusion made them very happy.

Then I met some dealers for water purifier found two models are available
1. AQUA water purifier 8 liters (Rs.13000/-).
2. AQUA water purifier 25 liters (Rs.17000/-).(useful one)
After we left our college life I would like to do some useful social
activities with my friends so I want you all please contribute what
you can, still I am feeling as a Mechatronics Batch only.

Once again I welcome you all.

After collecting the money I can plan for installation process as well
as visit date and time, so do the needful action my friends. I hope
You all have got account details of madhumitha right now we don’t have
separate account; next year we will create it. Please give your hand
to move forward. If I would have made any mistakes during
communication via mail or mobile please forgive me, Once again I would
like to inform you all this is not single person activity.
