Job description.

Design Engineer Profile (Mechatronics) 
Qualification : BS, BE, B-Tech / MS, ME, M-Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics 
Years of experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience 
Designation : Design Engineer 

Required Technical Skills: 
1. Hands on experience in Product based Mechanical/Manufacturing industry related to Mechanical and 
Electronic component/sub-systems 
2. Experience in PLC, Automation, Semi-automation, Controls design 
3. Ability to read & develop Electrical schematics 
4. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes 
5. CAD skills on Pro/E - Assembly, solid modeling, sheet metal and drafting modules 
6. Experience of prototyping, testing & validation 
7. Self-disciplined and tasks handling skills - Ability to plan, co-ordinate and execute tasks/projects (new 
development/product improvement/value engineering, analysis, etc) to completion with focus on quality of 
deliverables and the schedule/ timelines. 
8. Passion and diligence for hands-on engineering 
Desirable skills: 
1. Exposure to component design (plastic, sheet metal & machined) 
2. Experience in product design for consumer goods or food/beverage industry 
3. Exposure to different international regulatory standards specific too consumer products and/or commercial food service/refrigeration equipment (UL/CE/GS/IEC, etc) 
4. Prior experience/exposure to working in a global engineering environment involving interactions & travel to 
other location 
5. Knowledge on FEA Tools 
6. Basic awareness on ECR/ECN Process 
Other Requirements 
* Good verbal and written communication skills 
Ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally or internationally when required

* Makino, BFW India, Avasarala Technologies, Buhler India, Dover India 
* Keywords- Automation, PLC programing, mechatronics, etc.
