Dear Prof (Dr.) M. K. Sanyal,
We would like to visit your campus for hiring fresh engineering students who would be passing out this year, as we had done the previous year. We would ideally like to visit your campus on Thursday, 10th March, 2016.
We would like to look into students of the following streams and courses:
1. B.E. CST
2. B.E. ETC
3. B.E. IT
4. M.C.A.
5. M.E. ETC
6. M.E. CST
7. M.Tech. ETC
Our criteria is the students should have obtained above 60% marks in X, XII board exams and currently in their ongoing course. For post-graduates, we would like to have them obtained above 60% marks in their graduation too.
Our offer amount will be an Annual Total Compensation of Rs. 3,00,000/- plus medical insurance, gratuity benefits and meal voucher coupons.
Our process would be:
1. On the day of the visit – pre-placement talk
2. On the day of the visit – written aptitude test
3. On the day of the visit – first round interviews of shortlisted candidates
4. On the day of the visit –handing out our shortlist for suitable candidates for the final round of interview
5. At a later date we will schedule the final round of interview in our office and hand out offer letters to selected candidates.
