Respected Sir,
Hope that you are doing well.Thank you for your hospitality at your prestigious institution during the placements.
On the basis of our selection process on Thursday,we have shortlisted Ria Ghosh(24134010) as our final candidate.But we need to recruit 2 more candidates for permanent posts.Also,we wish to take in a few of the students as part timers.
A few of the students,who are inherently bright and academically sound ,actually faced some difficulties in solving the math paper,since their backgrounds were from phy,chemistry etc (also,a few were not aware of our testing pattern).Hence,for those candidates who have performed well in the PI,we wish to hold a final round of written test based on their respective background (with 1 weeks notice from the announcement of the exam).
Would it be possible for us to organize the last (additional) round of selection.PFA the list of candidates whom we wish to call for the final round.
Also,Mr. Sammyo Halder shall contact you soon following our discussion on Thursday.
