Candidate should have experience in Casting or sheet metal or plastics .
Should have experience in windchill.
Good handling experience in 3D Modelling and to create part design.
Candidate should have 2 to 8 Years relevant experience in Large Assembly
Good knowledge GD&T,
Awareness to manufacturing processes
Should have good knowledge of Product design considering tooling, molding and Assembly.
Knowledge of Tolerance & Stack up, design calculation, Product Bench-Marking, Change management, DFMEA & DFA / DFM.
Knowledge of materials, its selection and joining methods.
Experience of working in Design & Development of automotive industry.
Prepare and maintain engineering records and documentation.
Participate in Failure and Root cause Analysis.
Good fundamentals in concept development and design principles/methods

post 2:- SR Design Enginner

Design Engineering of Automotive plastic (Instrument Panel, Console, Door Trims).
2 Perform trade studies to evaluate competing design proposals.
3 Support to advanced engineering department for New RFQ proposal generation
4 Coordinate with component suppliers and assembly plants.
5 Provided informal guidance and support to juniors & can also act as resource for project if required
6 Maintenance of engineering open issues lists Direct Purchasing
7 Follow departmental procedures and documentation to comply with IATF
8 Knowledge of GDT&T, stack-up analysis, RSS
9 Ability to establish, develop and lead team.
10 Proactively contribute to company wide continuous improvement programme.
11 Any other duties/ functions assigned from time to time by the management.
12 To manage a generally homogeneous team; adapt plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational challanges.
13 To solve complex problems, take new perspective using existing solutions and get the work delivered in time.
14 Impact the quality, timeliness, effectiveness of the team and work of others on the team in order to improve the efficiency of the team
