Dear Professors,

Please find below the mail communication from Mr. Murthy. A.S., Executive Vice President of Tech Mahindra regarding LEARNING FROM HOME (LFH) for the students selected by them.

We request you to kindly circulate this information to all the selected students to take the 9 Interactive Courses online and update their knowledge and skills, which will be highly useful to them before joining Tech Mahindra.

Tech Mahindra also will be sending a mail regarding this to the selected students separately.

This Learning From Home (LFH) starts from 31.03.2016.

With Warm Regards

Respected   Leaders:

Greetings from Tech Mahindra Learning Team!

It has been a pleasure for Tech Mahindra to partner with your Institutions for shaping the career of the young graduates.

This mail is to orient you to the Tech Mahindra’s  Learning From Home (LFH)  program which is getting initiated for the students who are selected for Tech Mahindra.  LFH is a unique learning platform that provides to the selected students an opportunity to connect with and learn from the Tech Mahindra Learning team (, well before they join us in person).

In today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, technologies change at a very rapid pace, thereby making it essential to continuously up-skill to remain competitive.    LFH provides this opportunity.    We are confident that selected students  would convert this opportunity into a win.

This  LFH  program is  designed to provide the necessary courses for knowledge enhancement.    It comprises of:

·        Nine  fully interactive eLearning courses with in-built quizzes for self-evaluation

o   Seven  courses in Phase-1

o   Two  courses on SQL and Java in Phase-2

·        Practice test for each course for assessing knowledge gained

We believe a strong foundation is very important and hence, the LFH program emphasizes more on the fundamentals. This foundation will go a long way in strengthening associates’ career as it would help them learn the advance courses with ease.

To recognize talent, we will be conducting two contests as below:

·        TechM Technical Talent Contest-1 – Will be based on Phase-1  courses and would be conducted post LFH

·        TechM Technical Talent Contest-2 – Will be based on Phase-2  courses and has to be completed prior to joining

By scoring (minimum) 70% in both these contests, the selected students may get an early joining  preference.  Additionally, they would get a wildcard entry into the  “Fast Track Training Program”.

Participants will  be given  two attempts to achieve the minimum  score (70%).  In case they are unable to score  70% in these contests, they will be undergoing regular training program once they are on boarded.

We shall  commence the LFH program for selected students  on 31st March  and request your support to make this initiative a great success.

We  shall  send  a  separate  communication (regarding  LFH)  to  selected students.

We know that  this is a busy period for you all (University exams and submission time).  However, if you can kindly impress upon them  to go through this program  seriously, it would  help  us a lot.

We look  forward  to your  continued collaboration  which will go a long way in paving the path for successful partnerships going forward.

For LFH  related clarifications / support,  please write to us at  lfhco...@techmahindra.com.

With warm regards,

Murthy A S

Executive Vice President

Tech Mahindra
