Reminder: Nomination for Department Awards 2016 (Deadline - Tomorrow midnight)

Nominations are invited for the Department awards 2016. These awards will be distributed during the Department Valedictory Function. The categories of these awards are as follows:
UG Awards-
1) Overall Outstanding Student- Graduating junta only
2) Academically Outstanding Student- Graduating junta only
3) Organizational Roll of Honour (ROH) and Citation - Graduating junta only
4) Technical Roll of Honour (ROH) and Citation - Graduating junta only
5) UG Research Award- Anyone can apply
6) Organizational Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
7) Technical Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
PG Awards-
1) Overall Outstanding Student- Graduating junta only
2) Academically Outstanding Student- Graduating junta only
3) Organizational Roll of Honour (ROH) and Citation - Graduating junta only
4)Technical Roll of Honour (ROH) and Citation - Graduating junta only
5) PG Research Award- Anyone can apply
6) Organizational Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
7) Cultural Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
8) Sports Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
9) Technical Color and Special Mention- Anyone can apply
If a student applies for ROH and does not get it then by default he/she will
be eligible for Citation (Same with Colour and Special Mention).
Please send your nomination in the form of a mail with subject "Nomination for Mechanical Department Awards 2016", containing your name, roll number, award you are applying for and a pdf file, not more than one page, enlisting your contributions towards the department. The mail should be addressed to amitkoh...@gmail.com (for UG) and richus...@gmail.com (for PG)
The deadline for sending in your nominations is 11:59 pm, 12th April 2016 (Tuesday Midnight). No deadline extension.
