Dear Sir,
As you are aware, Engineers India Limited is a premier Design & Engineering Consultancy Organization with a global presence. We have our Headquarters at New Delhi with a network of Project Sites/Offices in various parts of India and abroad.
We propose to interview and select bright final year B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) students, who will complete their course in mid-2011, for induction in our organization as Management Trainees. The scheme for Management Trainee recruitment is enclosed.
We are contemplating recruitment from your institute in the following discipline(s):

1. Chemical Engineering | 4. Electrical Engineering |
| 2. Civil Engineering | 5. Mechanical Engineering |
| 3. Instrumentation Engineering |

Students securing aggregate of 65% marks/equivalent CGPA/CPI or more (till last declaration of result) will only be considered. In addition, the students should have passed in all subjects till the last result declared. However all the candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility conditions may not be shortlisted for the interview.
You are requested to kindly send us the CVs (hard copy) of eligible interested candidates in our company's Application format (attached) by January 14, 2011. In absence of receipt of CVs by the stipulated date, it will be presumed that there are no eligible candidates available for interview and as such no campus interviews will be conducted at your institute Pl. note that CVs are acceptable in hard copy only alongwith a covering letter from the placement office indicating the discipline wise no. of CVs.
You are also requested to forward us the soft copy of list of candidates whose CVs have been sent.
We wish to conduct campus interviews at your campus on March 22, 2011.
In case the above dates do not suit you, kindly suggest 2-3 alternative dates close to the proposed date.
It may be noted that reservations for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/Physically Handicapped candidates exist as per Government directives.
