Please find the JD below:

1. Floating RFQ to the vendors.
2. Negotiations with supplier.
3. Conversion of purchase request to PO and approvals.
4. Sending PO to supplier and receiving order Acknowledgement with delivery dates
5. Follow-up on delivery of services/goods
6. Preparation of Prepayment request in SSS for Advance payment process.
7. Co-ordination with logistic and warehouse personnel for shipment status.
8. Storing all documentation in scanned copies.
9. Submitting the Invoice and other document to finance for payment process.
10. Follow-up with finance team for payment status.
11. Sending payment details to vendor.
12. Closure of final services / goods payments.
13. Preparing Monthly and weekly reports regarding the PO and Payment status.
