Dear Students,

In addition, rate towards the supply of graduation gowns rate is as follows.

UG / PG GOWNS rent ::  Rs. 30.00 per gown

Moreover all graduates need to give Rs. 200.00 as caution deposit while issuing the gowns which shall be refunded upon receipt back of the same from the graduates.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for the mail.

Moreover I was expecting the college or our department would take responsibility over the gowns and do the needful. I feel it a bit distasteful on the managements part as they are still expecting us to pay for the last official ceremony of ours. I am pretty sure they would have enough money to fund for a few 100 graduation gowns caution deposits and its rent.

I request you kindly to please see if something can be done for this as I feel a bit insulted by the management for still seeking money for such petty issues.

Please do forgive me for such a mail. Just felt that the issue should be raised.

Thank you once again and have a nice day sir.

With Best Regards,
Akhilesh K.

Dear Alumni,

You have understood wrongly. Actually the rent Rs.30 will be barred by the management, and the deposit amount of Rs.200 has to be given at the time of registration and the same amount will be refunded while returning the gown.

To Mr.Akhilesh: Thanks for your representation. You might have given this representation personally instead of representing in the group.

with regards,

P.Sasikumar
