Dear Professor, Greetings from Cognizant!   We thank you for the mutually enriching experience that we have shared with you and your esteemed college over the years. We are keen on further strengthening this relationship with your institute, this time, with “Xperience Cognizant”. Through this event, we will identify TWO stellar performers from your college, as Cognizant Campus Ambassadors, who will for the current academic year, be the torch bearers for your institution!   Towards this, we plan to organize a nationwide student conclave between 26 and 28 August, 2011 in Chennai, with student representatives from the top 60+ Engineering colleges across India. “Xperience Cognizant” will be an open platform, inviting these young minds to showcase their talents at a national level; exchange thoughts with the Cognizant Leadership team; and most interestingly, have a peek into Cognizant’s ‘Future of Work’.   We look forward to your active participation in helping us identify suitable Brand Ambassadors of Cognizant. Following is the procedure for nomination/enrolment: ·        Interested candidates (only Final Year UG students) to submit the attached application form (hard copy) to the Training & Placement Office by 26 July, 2011. NO limit on the no of nominations from any college ·        Training & Placement Office to send all the nominations to the undersigned ·        Cognizant Campus Team to shortlist nominees based on their nomination form. This will be followed up by a telephonic / face-to-face interaction to select the Campus Ambassadors. Kindly note that the final selection decision rests with Cognizant. ·        Finally, Cognizant will take care of all the travel and lodging expenses to and from Chennai for the 3-day student conclave   Looking forward to working with you yet again!
