Salary Structure
The candidates will be paid stipend of Rs.4.50/- lacs CTC per annum for first 3 years. The details of stipend will be as under.
1). For the first year the stipend will be paid of Rs. 29,200/- per month.
2). After completion of one year, if the candidate’s performance is found satisfactory and the candidate desires to continue with Technoforce, then he/she will be paid a bonus of Rs.1 lac
3) For the second and third year, the candidates will be offered the stipend of Rs. 4.50/- lacs CTC per annum. This stipend will include Provident fund/ bonus/ gratuity/ insurance etc.
4) After completion of 3 years with Technoforce, the candidate will be considered for yearly increments in their salary based on his/her performance.
