HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?
In XL Dynamics, we identify high potential employees individuals who embrace challenge, are passionate about their work and we give them the tools and resources to take their career, and our business, further.
This plan works in 5 easy steps:
1. Candidates join XL Dynamics
2. Choose the program and the institute from where they would like to attain their post graduate degree.
3. Apply for Education Assistance Program pratibha after 3 months of joining.
4. Maintain high performance standards during entire tenure with XL Dynamics and of course, we expect them to perform well in their studies.
5. Candidates will have to pass the course successfully and get the same reimbursed upto INR 4 Lacs.
We are very keen that candidates study relevant course (duration of not less than two years) in Finance from a reputed institute. The courses may be completed through traditional classes or through non-traditional programs such as on-line or other distance-learning programs.

WHAT CANDIDATES NEED?
To be considered for the program, they must meet the following requirements:
- graduate degree (BTech, BE of any discipline, BCA, BBA, BCS, BCom, BSc, BMS, Accounting and Finance etc.)
- minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th.
- 0-3 years of professional business experience.
- good communication skills (both written & verbal) as well as good analytical skill.
- a zeal to make a career as a Financial Analyst.
- good time management skills to balance career and work.
