I am a fan of Greg and Linda Crowhurst’s book, with this title. It’s available for free distribution as long as posted in entirety with copyright noted. I just find that they are totally “on’ when it comes to the most severe levels and cases of ME/CFS. This might help carers and bedbound or severely ill patients with communications and understanding.
