Thanks Corrina. It’s a great talk.  Really , really helpful and as you say, heartwarming.

Do you have a link to the bodyscan meditation? I might be able to use it at the relaxation centre in second life

Hi Dianne

The "Breathwork" CD that I have is no longer available but Vidyamala Burch  has her website where there are books & CD available, I got there via the link you provided. Maybe there is some meditation you can use?

Thanks Corrina.

As you do relaxations too, I would like to share these links of two of my favourite relaxations.  I use them at the relaxation group in second life too.

You Tube recording of devamani yoga nidra.  20 minutes.  Very nice.

I’d also like to share this meditation.  It was recommended by the How to Be Sick support group on Facebook and is good for when we are having a really tough time.

Meditation : dealing with a difficult emotion.
