I also had trouble so I just typed in Psychology Today and then used their online search option by typing in Holiday Stress and Illness. It worked.
Sorry now I have lost the link again.

Hi --This is what I did to access the site
when you are at the home page for Psychology Today :
Go to Experts (in the top row of choices (it is the last one)
Click on Experts, then choose Index of Blogs
Click on Index of Blogs - you will have a choice of topics - scroll down to
Health
Click on the last entry in the third column in Health -"Turning Straw into
Gold"
Here you will find the articles which Dianne has recommended - Enjoy
