The following link is to an article on the website KevinMD, by Toni Bernhard, (author of “How to be Sick”).  Toni has had ME/CFS since a trip to Paris 10 years ago.  I think it’s great advice.

I can identify with the ten tips and hope she will continue to share her thoughts to encourage people with ME.
