To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of the Senate of College Councils and the Students for Academic Integrity, I have the distinct pleasure of inviting you and your organization to Cultural Integrity Day. Cultural Integrity Day is from 7pm-9pm on Wednesday, February 20th, as part of IntegrityUT Week, celebrating diversity across cultures and the importance of respecting, accepting, and co-existing with different cultures in a mixed environment such as UT.
Dr. Juan Gonzalez, the Vice President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Gregory Vincent, the Vice President for Diversity and Community Engagement, will be speaking at this event. In addition, we will have three different performing groups, representing several cultures across campus. Finger foods will be served.
We would simply love to have your organization come out during Cultural Integrity Day. This is an opportunity for the culture represented by your organization to be seen by all who attend, and a chance to spread awareness of yourselves and your cultural identities. You will each be given a table and a certain amount of space to decorate in any way you deem fit. We encourage you to bring as many members of your organization as would like to come to the event. We have reserved several spots during this event for different organizations, but they are limited. If you would like to come, please RSVP as soon as possible to this email address.
Thank you, and we hope to see you at Cultural Integrity Day!
